SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pawppy! We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times To offer you the best selection and prices, we work directly with global suppliers and fulfillment partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, and high-demand seasons may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

3. Tracking Information Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. It may take 48–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. International Shipping & Customs We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pawppy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund or a free replacement.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at pawppyonline@gmail.com with your order number and full details so we can investigate and assist you.
